Job description

An Irish well-established company based in Dublin Southside is looking to recruit for a Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities and tasks

  • Responsible for processing weekly paid staff
  • Responsible for any amendments necessary
  • Liaising with external payroll provider and relevant departments within the company 
  • Reconcile Payroll to ensure accuracy
  • Dealing with payroll starter forms, pension & life assurance forms
  • Management of employee expenses from processing to payment, and reconciliation
  • Responsible for employee daily allowance payments, keeping a clear record of payments made to date
  • Managing the payroll mailbox and answering any queries
  • Responsible for managing driver training bonds (deductions and recovery)
  • Produce payroll journals, and other adhoc journals if requested
  • Recording, maintaining and updating payroll procedures
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Adhoc duties to help the general function of the finance team

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • MS Office proficiency-  Word and Excel
  • IPASS - advantage but not necessary
  • Proven accounts Payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
