Receptionist - Legal

Job description

Our client, a well-established solicitors’ firm in Galway City, are looking for a Receptionist on a permanent basis.

The role will consist of front of house, phones, typing, dictation and preparing documents for court.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a legal/medical office is preferred
  • Experience with word processing 
  • Excellent IT skills - particularly with the Microsoft package
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Demonstrate Professional manner in all aspects of communication i.e. - phone, email
  • Ability to multi-task
  • PA skills such as diary management
  • Excellent typing/Dictaphone skills
