Our client, a well-established solicitors’ firm in Galway City, are looking for a Receptionist on a permanent basis.
The role will consist of front of house, phones, typing, dictation and preparing documents for court.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal/medical office is preferred
- Experience with word processing
- Excellent IT skills - particularly with the Microsoft package
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Demonstrate Professional manner in all aspects of communication i.e. - phone, email
- Ability to multi-task
- PA skills such as diary management
- Excellent typing/Dictaphone skills
