Mobile Sales Executive / Business Development Relationship Manager

Locations North Dublin, Louth, Midlands and West Midlands

Basic salary €35,000

  • plus car allowance & commission with OTE expected up to €60,000

Providing Asset Finance, Leasing, Hire Purchase and Business to Business Finance Solutions for Small & Medium Enterprises. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years on the road experience within a Sales Roll, preferably Business to Business sales environment.
  • Onboard new Dealers and maintain a good relationship with Approved Dealers to effectively and professionally handle the sales process of Asset finance products while adhering to the regulatory landscape governing the sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive; flexibility and adaptability.
  • Sound planning and organisational skills; attention to detail; objection handling and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written and numerical skills)
  • Ability to achieve Sales and Financial Volume targets at acceptable Margin and Risk levels whilst working to tight guidelines.
  • Candidates must be commercially aware.
  • Effective territory management on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
  • Your territory must remain well documented, with updated client files and appropriate use of the team CRM system.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of the Credit and Risk framework.
  • Weekly reports to be generated in line with the KPI’s for the role.
  • The successful candidate will hold a full, clean driving licence.
