HR Administrator – Perm
Location: North Dublin
Excellent new permanent role within a rapidly growing tech company. Reporting directly to the HR Manager. Must have 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Update HR database
- Create & deliver HR reports and analysis
- Absence management
- Onboarding administration
- Support with Training
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related(preferable)
- 1-2 years HR experience
- Excellent computer literacy – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
