Résumé Screener, 11mth Contract – JW00229
One of the world’s most sought after employers is seeking to hire a Résumé Screener to join their Dublin based operation on a contract basis. This opportunity is responsible for working as part of a team to screen high volumes of résumé’s for the company's EMEA region. Volumes and scales of résumé’s to be reviewed are large therefore this is a very fast-paced and requires a keen eye for detail. This role also works very closely with the business to identify requirements per role. The roles are hugely varied also so this position is in a prime position for someone who enjoys constantly learning and developing new contacts within the business.
The successful person will be self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, creative, enjoy working on a team but takes ownership for their own desk. They should also have a proven ability to show excellent customer service, organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines and good judgement. Candidates need to enjoy working in a challenging and competitive environment. Targets for this role are measured and transparent so the ideal candidate for this role will be tenacious, positive, self-motivated and passionate.
Applicants require 1-3 years experience in a busy and high volume based screening role, ideally in a Technology based firm. Recruitment Process experience is a benefit. Candidates require strong English language skills and ideally a 3rd level degree however this is flexible for people with the right work experience.
