HR Manager, Dublin North
Sigmar HR are delighted to bring a new and exclusive HR opportunity to the market. Based in Dublin North, this is a new position to the company and has come about due to future growth plans. The current global headcount of the organisation is 300 which is spread over 5 countries.
This role will be accountable for creating and developing a HR function from the ground up initially focussed on structuring current information, updating processes, procedures, the handbook etc. These will be rolled out in Ireland and all other locations. In addition to this the person will be involved in all operation and strategic aspects of HR.
Applicants for this role require 5 years HR experience with a minimum of a HR related degree and ideally be a member of CIPD. EU languages (particularly Polish) and multi-jurisdictional experience are very beneficial.
This is in a stand-alone role.
The successful person will be able to demonstrate energy and drive along with a track record in developing a HR strategy and policy. Great opportunity for someone ready to take a step up in their career and make their mark in a new role.
There will be extensive travel required with this position.
