Contracts Manager

Job description

Our client a leading installer and supplier of passive fire protection products in Ireland are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their team based in Dublin.

Key Duties:

  • Business generation and development
  • Assist and form a key part of the existing management team
  • Have the ability to set up and run all aspects of multiple contracts
  • Control/track costs on individual contracts
  • Carry out monthly valuations/measures & record/agree additional works 
  • Liaise with Clients on sites
  • Oversee quality of works
  • Represent the company at site meetings
  • Have the ability to sell our services to potential customers


  • Knowledge of Firestopping/ Passive Fire Protection
  • Proven track record in management within the Construction Industry
  • Have detailed knowledge of the construction industry
  • Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Project, Excel
  • Self motivating, good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in estimating
  • Proven ability to supervise teams in multiple site operations
  • Have ability to complete pre-qualification documentation  
  • A proven track record of delivering results against kpi’s and targets
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing a quality service
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to influence others to deliver results
  • Strong time management, organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to support and motivate a team
  • Commitment to learn and develop new skills
