As a Case Management Administrator, your will be working as part of a diverse team and working closely with your manager collecting and reviewing data.
Experience in analysing both data and information.
Proven ability to think outside the box, as regards resolving any queries or issues that arise.
Highest level of customer service is crucial to be considered for this vacancy.
Customer relationship building and maintenance is an essential for this role.
2-3 years’ experience is required for this role.
Voluntary or Community experience would be a distinct advantage for applicants.
