French AND Italian B2C Customer Service

Job description

Do you speak, read and write French and Italian at a C1 Level or above? Would you like to work for a luxury brand in Dublin City Centre, where you can utilise your B2C Customer Service skills and grow within a company- Then this could be the role for you!

Within this role:

  • Providing friendly, professional and efficient service via inbound/outbound calls, live chat and or emails in French AND Italian
  • Excellent listening skills with Customers to gain agreement on the resolution and bring the issue to conclusion
  • Identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
  • Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
  • Identify and challenge any negative effects on the Customer Experience prior to new launches, promotions, mass mails and improvement projects
  • If you have SAP and Salesforce experience, this is also a benefit.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a startup environment
  • Passionate about Customer Experience
  • Fluent French AND Italian
  • Customer service experience in hospitality, call centre/contact centre, IT Support, etc.
  • Experience in B2C support is a plus
  • Strong communications skills, including exceptional writing and editing capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
  • Collaborative team player who approaches challenges in a way to meet needs of others
  • Enthusiasm and positive thinking!
