Salary €31,000 + benefits

My client require a Life Administrator to join theit team & provide full administration & sales support to the General Manager and the growing Inside Sales Team.  There will be a strong focus on new business & existing business retention

Your Requirements

  • QFA qualified or minimum APA Life
  • A minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role
  • Experience handling documentation & paperwork relating to all life assurance products
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial product structures and processes 

The Job

  • Deliver high standard of service to all customers & administration
  • Ensure full compliance of advice & service processed by the team
  • Identy risk and opportunities to improve individual practices across the division
  • Liaison with Life Companies, Broker Consultants & Broker Services
  • Keep up to date with Insurer offers and update the central database
  • Dealing with CRM system & provider to ensure that the system is fully maintained
  • Building & maintaining relationships with all clients
  • Carrying out daily administration tasks as required
  • Working towards tight deadlines & within SLA boundaries
  • Communicating via phone, telephone, skype & emails with clients
  • Knowledgeable on all life assurance products
