French Jobs in Dublin. French Recruitment Administrator. Located in Dublin City Centre. One Year Fixed Term Contract. Salary 30k+
My client is a leading Insurance company with offices overseas and in Ireland. They have their Irish office located in the heart of Dublin City Centre. They are a fun and busy and vibrant place to work.
They are looking for a French speaker with Administration experience within HR or Recruitment, preferably within Insurance or Banking to work on a One Year Fixed Contract as a Recruitment Administrator.
For this job you must be living in Ireland as Interviews are onsite next week.
Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to :
- Advertising vacancies and being responsible for applications received and relevant responses
- Searching and resourcing candidates
- Organising internal interviews
- Editing contracts
- Updating staff HR Database
- Organising Training courses
- Payroll Administration
- Other Administration duties as required
Experience required for this role :
- Written and spoken fluent French
- Written and spoken fluent English
- At least 6 months experience working in HR or Recruitment and a strong advantage if this experience is within Insurance or Finance
- University Degree
