Accounts Assistant IFSC- 32K - Perm

Job description


My client based in the IFSC and in the Financial Services industry currently have a requirement for a part qualified accountant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a least two years’ experience working in a similar role and will recognize how to balance getting the details right while working fast.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing sales invoices for all entities 
• Cash collection and analysis to include aged debtor reporting 
• Resolving customer queries and debtor reconciliations
•  Assistance with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Assistance with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual returns for review by the Finance Manager 
• Ensuring all re-billable expenses are accurately billed to clients as part of the sales invoicing process

REQUIREMENTS
• Part Qualified Accountant with 1 years strong accounts experience
• Strong excel and systems experience
