Life Administrator

Job description

Salary: €28,000 - €30,000

 

My client is a broker who recently entered the Irish insurance market. Based in South Dublin they are looking to add a Life Admin to their team.

Reporting to the general manager the role will require the successful candidate to focus on both post sales administration and assist in customer onboarding.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various stakeholders such as Inside Sales team, Insurance Companies, Broker Consultants etc. to ensure high level customer experience
  • Talk customers through onboarding process for various Life Assurance products
  • Maintain knowledge of various Insurer products and offers and answer any customer queries relating to same
  • Ensure all client SLAs are met as required
  • Other duties as required

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum APA (Life)
  • At least one year’s previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a brokers)
  • Good knowledge of life assurance products
