Join a massive financial services corporation as a Technical Support Engineer based in Dublin City Centre on a permanent basis. You will join the IT team that support local end users. You will assist in project roll-outs and be responsible for dealing iwth all technical support aspects.
Duties in this role:
- You will provide technical support to 500 users
- You will build hardware for new users - Laptops, tablets and mobile devices
- You will work with Windows servers, Office 365, Active Directory and virtual desktops
- You will gain experience in Vendor and stakeholder management
What you need:
- At least three years working within technical support
- Windows 10 troubleshooting experience
- Any previous experience working within the Financial Services industry is a bonus
- Any virtualisation experience
- Office 365 experience
- Experience working with Active Directory/Powershell/Exchange
