Sales Administrator
Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy team in Blanchardstown.


We are seeking an individual from a sales and administration background who has experience working at a fast pace, with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
Successful candidate must have a can-do attitude and have the ability work as part of a team.


This is a senior role so candidate must have strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience supporting bust sales teams.
Candidate will be supporting 10 Account Managers and will be involved in large company projects therefore must have strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities:
• Administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
• CRM administration.
• Tracking of sales orders and sales order entry.
• Event preparation.
• Reporting and billing statistics.
• Preparation for client meetings.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems is essential.
• 2-3 years administrative experience.
• Background in sales administration advantageous.
• Proficient Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
