Job description

HR Administrator – 12-month FTC

Location: North County Dublin

Currently HR team of 4, this role will support the HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the recruitment process
  • Update HR database
  • Create & deliver HR reports and analysis
  • Absence management
  • Onboarding administration
  • Support with Training

Experience Required:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related(preferable)
  • 1-2 years HR experience

Skills Required:

  • Excellent computer literacy – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
