Corporate Actions Team Leader

My client who is a privately-owned company focusing on operations, technology and support services is looking for Corporate Actions Team Leader to join their team.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Corporate Actions processing, including income, Mandatory and Voluntary events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Financial Services, including 3 years of experience working within Corporate Actions;
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree of equivalent work experience;
  • In depth understanding of Voluntary Corporate Actions.
