HR Manager, Facilities Management
A newly created position for a HR Manager has just become live with a Dublin West based facilities organisation. The role is a stand-alone position with recruitment support. As the position grows there will be opportunity to develop a team.
The position will be responsible for end to end HR including policies and procedures, management coaching, ER and IR, talent development, performance management and talent acquisition.
TUPE is highly sought as the company has multiple acquisitions on the horizon.
Applicants required 5 years HR experience, ideally with experience in the facilities, engineering or construction industries. In addition to the strong ER/IR experience in essential. They should have strong excel and reporting skills along with superior communications skills. The successful person will be able to demonstrate energy and drive along with a track record in developing a successful HR strategy.
