Strong Employment Legal Secretary role on offer with a growing Mid-Tier firm based in Dublin City Centre!
This position is well suited to someone who has a few years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, whether that be in a General Practice or Commercial Firm.
The role will involve secretarial & administrative support to the Employment Law team, so previous employment experience will greatly strengthen your application.
The team works on a number of interesting areas, such as Health and Safety law issues, whistleblowing and data protection.
Title: Employment Legal Secretary
Location: Dublin City Centre (D2 area)
Secretarial/PA support to a Partner and small team of Solicitors, day to day activities may involve:
- Dictaphone typing;
- Maintaining and updating files and internal database;
- Correspondence with clients; and
- Ad hoc secretarial duties as required;
- At least two years’ experience as a legal secretary ideally in Employment;
- Ability to prioritise workload;
- Attention to detail;
- Positive attitude; and
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
