Our client is looking for a Junior Receptionist to join their team in South Dublin, ideally candidate must have the ability to multitask and a high level of attention to detail, must be ideally immediately available and great communication skills. Looking for candidates with a positive attitude and ability to work on their own initiative.
• Operating a multi-line switchboard
• Monitor all stock level, order company supplies
• Meet and greet all clients and visitors
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
• Providing administrative support to all departments
• Travel Arrangements, scheduling conference facilities
• 6 months to 1 years’ experience in an administrative support or Reception role.
• Excellent communication skills, telephone manner
• Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft office
• Fluency in English is essential
