Receptionist/Administrator

Job description

Our client a large Investment Company based in Dublin 2 has an immediate requirement for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator.

Role will involve

  • Greeting guests
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Coordinate meeting rooms
  • Provide support to members of administration team
  • Handle FedEX and mail requests 
  • Assist with issuing temporary key cards for office access
