We are working with a new player to the Irish market in the Flexible Workplace / Co-working Industry who have recently opened their state-of-art facility in Dublin 2 (very close to Grafton Street). This is a well established company internationally and they are looking to bring on board a General Manager who will wear many hats including that of Sales Manager - wooing companies looking for office space in Dublin (think start-ups, Brexiters, FDI organisations) and managing and growing those relationships.
It's a really great collaborative space - with about 250 seats. You may be signing up companies to short term or long term leases. This will be a very customer-facing role.
You will be leading a team of Community Associates who will assist with the day-to-day customer management and operations.
People who have been successful in other countries that they operate in come from similar CoWorking / Flexible Workplace roles like Community Manager or from Events Management / Event Sales background, High-End Retail Sales, Hospitality or Hotel Sales. You will be selling through excellent customer service. It would be ideal if you have some level of B2B Sales experience.
This will be a Monday - Friday position, with standard working hours (very attractive for someone from the hospitality industry)
The salary for this role will be c. €45k - €55k basic (depending on experience) with opportunity to earn commission on top.
