Senior Recruiter – Permanent – In-house
My client, a Kilkenny based Irish company with Global reach, is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a permanent role. Experience recruiting across Sales, IT, Finance is essential. Minimum of 4 years required. This is a fast-paced environment, with the company being in a stage of growth.
- End-to-end recruitment management across Sales, IT, Marketing, Finance at all levels
- Linking in with HR Team and senior stakeholders
- Recruiting for roles internationally
- Attending meetings with hiring managers
- Suggesting improvements where needed
- Providing weekly reports to senior stakeholders
- 4 years + recruitment experience
- Strong track record in sourcing for roles with an element of technical requirements
- Polished and excellent communication skills
- In-house experience beneficial
- BA degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment
