Medical Administrator

Job description

My client, a busy Cork city hospital, is looking for an experienced HR or Medical Administrator to work full time in July, August and September as an Office Administrator.

You would work closely with the hospital business partners and look after filing, recruitment coordination, office coordination, data base management and more.

This is a busy role that would suit a flexible and professional team player, who enjoys interacting with others and helping out when possible. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • HR Admin/ Medical Secretary background is essential 
  • Experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong PC skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, pleasant and professional attitude
