Job description

A successful start up is looking to recruit a Digital Business Manager to drive, execute and manage their e-tail marketing operations and digital marketing plans.


Role Responsibilities:

·         Manage and provide direction in the creation of the European (Shopify Plus) website.

·         Develop and manage the relationship of all stakeholders including the Performance Marketing Partner to help drive company growth targets

·         Responsible for the overall digital strategy from conception through to implementation and analysis of results.

·         Develop and manage all online content activity such as blogs, webinars, eBooks, to increase traffic.

·         Develop and manage all social media and stay up to date with market trends and generate innovative ideas to draw to audience attention.


Ideal Candidate:

·         3rd level degree in Marketing/Digital Media or equivalent experience in a digital marketing role.

·         A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and or e-tailing.

·         In depth understanding and experience of using both Shopify and NetSuite systems.

·         High energy and results-orientated individual, an innovator with a passion for all things digital.

·         A track record in successfully promoting and building consumer brands online where social media marketing is the key communications path.

·         You are self-driven and have the ability to work remotely

·         Ability to understand and interpret data to draw out valuable insights. Experience with web analytics tools.

·         Proven track record in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, campaign management, digital analytics

·         Ability to think strategically and analytically

·         Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage budgets and several projects simultaneously.
