My client has 2 openings on the high performing Support team for bilingual French and English speakers. The ability to multi-task, be customer focused and to meet and exceed targets are vital in this role.
Your day to day duties would include but are not limited to:
- Providing first-level support to callers for all their IT needs, in a friendly, customer-oriented manner.
- Understand callers’ technical needs and troubleshoot their issues in a clear, jargon free manner - resolving where possible and reassigning to 2nd level support teams where necessary.
- Responsible for timely follow-up on outstanding issues and escalating when required.
- Fluent in both French & English
- Customer Service / IT experience
- Solution orientated
- Demonstrates clear and professional communication skills
