Claims Handler

12 FTC - Excellent location


Responsibilities include but not limited to;

    • Investigate, analyse and apply policy coverage accurately to all assigned claims.
    • Negotiate and settle claims proactively i
    • Instruct, liaise with and manage external vendors and monitor the quality and cost of their services, ensuring required technical and service standards are met.
    • Develop and maintain effective business relationships both externally and internally


    Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years claims experience.
    • Must have minimum CIP qualification.
    • Project Management or IT qualification required.
    • Experience in systems development and writing Business Requirement documents.
