Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Investigate, analyse and apply policy coverage accurately to all assigned claims.
- Negotiate and settle claims proactively i
- Instruct, liaise with and manage external vendors and monitor the quality and cost of their services, ensuring required technical and service standards are met.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships both externally and internally
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years claims experience.
- Must have minimum CIP qualification.
- Project Management or IT qualification required.
- Experience in systems development and writing Business Requirement documents.
