Accounts Assistant 28k-32k permanent + benefits
A rapidly expanding company in Financial Services is seeking accounts assistant with 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance related position.
- To maintain the bank accounts for several entities performing all related tasks such as payment processing, postings, reconciliations and analysis
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Expense Analysis
- Month-end close and journal posting
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and Investor reporting
- Assistance in preparation of statutory year-end financial statements
- Providing general accounting and administrative support as applicable
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 1-2 years accounts or finance experience
- A third level qualification in Bachelor of Business and/or Finance (Accountancy)
- Experience in Sage 200 or other accounting packages desirable
- PC literate with excellent Excel / MS Word skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with numbers
- Approachable and enthusiastic
- Flexible and adaptable
