Job description

Do you speak, read and write French AND Italian to a fluent level- C1 or above and looking to work within Customer Services for Consumers a for a very exciting luxury brand here in Dublin?


To succeed in this French and Italian Customer Support job you will need:

Fluency in French AND Italian- Speaking, reading writing.

Have some previous Customer Service experience, ideally on a B2C basis.

Be a problem solver with strong critical skills and be to identify challenges. 

Someone who wants to progress in their career and be a strong team player.

As the French and Italian Customer Service & logistics expert you will deal with customers and clients in French and Italian Region by:

Providing Customer Service solutions via phone, email and live chat in French and Italian.

Developing and maintaining excellent Customer relations.

Using Salesforce to record conversations and using SAP to provide logistics and export information.
