Do you speak, read and write German to a fluent level- C1 or above and looking to work as a Customer Service and Technical Support Expert for a very exciting Web Design company here in Dublin?


To succeed in this German Customer Support job you will need:

Fluency in German- Speaking, reading writing.

Have some previous Customer Service experience, which can also include retail and hospitality. 

Be a problem solver with strong critical skills and be to identify challenges. 

Someone who wants to progress in their career and be a strong team player.

As the German Customer Service & Technical Support expert you will deal with customers and clients in Germany and the DACH Region by:

Providing technical solutions via phone, email and live chat in German.

Developing and maintaining excellent Customer relations.

Influence how to support users and improve it to gain the experience for Customers.
