Job description

We are looking for sales support specialists to join our client's internally based team. If you have experience in a busy call-centre/tele-communications environment, this job could be perfectly suited to you. Our client is a large, multinational organisation with a excellent reputation in their industry.

Location: South Dublin
Salary: €24,000 - €26,000
Urgency: High

Customer Advocate Responsibilities:

  • Deliver after-sale support to clients
  • Work alongside internal departments
  • Escalate issues to appropriate team
  • Become a product expert
  • Build relationships with clients

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years contact centre/inside sales/customer support experience
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer and result-focussed
  • Full working rights in Ireland
