Customer Solutions Business Analyst - Contract - Dublin West

We are on the hunt for an agile Customer Solutions Business Analyst to join a multinational financial services company based in West Dublin on an initial 6 month contract. You will be a key member of the Global Solutions for Mobile team working within the Employee Digital Experience team.

What you will be doing:

  • Examine business systems and processes to identify user needs and documentation requirements.
  • Create, prioritise and maintain product backlog
  • Develop business solutions that reduce risk, maximise efficiency and minimise impact
  • Work closely with UX to define optimal user experience for features
  • Communicate externally with stakeholders to ensure overall project efficiency
  • Facilitate workshops

 

What you need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience working within an agile environment
  • Expertise in various business methodologies including story writing, user acceptance testing and product documentation
  • Previous experience with stakeholder management on a global level essential
  • Experience with Jira or a similar Agile backlog management tool
  • Strong analytical, consultative, listening and communication skills
  • Financial services experience a key advantage
