Job Title: Customer Service Administrator – Pharma/Medical

Our client is a supplier of world leading medical supplies to hospitals nationwide. They are currently seeking to hire a Senior Customer Service administrator to support both their clients and their technical sales team.

Main duties of the job:

Sales and order processing
Manage customer calls/queries.
Support to the Sales Representatives and other members of the technical product team
Manage quotations to customers in a timely manner
Problem solving and ensure excellent customer relationships internally and externally.

Job Requirements:
Min 3 years in a similar role supporting a busy sales team is a must
Excellent client relationship management skills
Medical / pharmaceutical industry background.
Good administrative and IT/computing skills. Knowledge of Navision, an advantage.
