Working with an expanding professional Support Solutions company who are urgently looking to recruit Credit Control agents to join their team.  Looking to hire Credit Control who would be responsible for the collection of due amounts by telephone and letter from an identified list of Customer Accounts.

Duties include:

  • Present customers with appropriate options to facilitate debt reduction and achievement of targets
  • Know the collection process
  • Work with customers in an empathetic and professional manner to understand their circumstances and to assist them in their effort to settle outstanding accounts
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with third party support services
  • Resolve any challenges on the call, make every effort to resolve queries on first touch, document and update systems appropriately.

Skills/Experience:
• Previous Accounts Admin experience preferred, not essential
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience of working in a team environment.
• Experience of working to and performing against set targets
• Ability to deal positively and professionally with difficult situations which may arise.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills
• Proactive attitude – must have ability to take initiative to get the job done
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
