Financial Services Administrator (Spanish)

Job description

My multinational client is currently recruiting for a Spanish Financial Services Administrator to join their expanding team based in Waterford on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract

You are responsible for providing back office administrative and customer service support to International Operations from the Waterford office.

Ideally this role would suit someone who demonstrates strong customer service and financial services skills and ability to work in a faced paced environment

Day to day responsibilities would include but not limited to: 

  • Providing customer service and admin support via phones, chats and emails for new account set up, maintenances and withdrawals.
  • Complete written customer correspondences when necessary
  • Meet established quality control and productivity requirements.

Basic Requirements:

  • Diploma/BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years customer service and financial services experience
  • Fluency in English & Spanish language
