I am seeking an experienced HR Manager for a new position with a growing facilities management company. This is a stand-alone role that has just been developed which is an excellent opportunity for someone to take a role and put their own stamp on it.
Responsibilities will include:
• Develop and update all HR policies and procedures
• Management coaching
• TMS management
• Employee relations and industrial relations
• Manage qualifications and training
• Employee engagement
• Performance management
• Recruitment and onboarding
Applicants required 5 years HR experience, ideally with experience in the facilities, engineering or construction industries. In addition to the strong ER/IR experience in essential.
