Payments Analyst

Maternity Contract

Maynooth

My client are looking for a Payments Analyst to join their Payments Services Team to cover a maternity contract.  The successful Payments Analyst will be responsible for payment services across a portfolio of clients.  

Some duties & responsibilities

Ensuring all payment instructions received from clients are processed correctly

Ensure all Direct Debits are processed and SEPA requirements are met

Investigation and resolution of non-payments

Perform requested payment analysis to include research of overpayments, misapplied or unidentified payments and insufficient funds

Skills & experience required

  • 2+ years payments experience within a financial services environment
  • 3rd level Degree in Financial or Treasury
  • Experience of Direct Debit processing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
