As an Office Manager


• You are detail focused, reactive and decisive person who operates on sound judgement
• You are an organized multi-tasker who thrives in a busy work environment
• You’re an excellent communicator, comfortable interacting with all levels of employees, management, and third-party vendors
Duties include:
• Maintaining accurate inventories of parts and stock
• Managing jobs and repairs providing high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining good supplier relationships and develop new or alternative supply lines
• Complete adhoc projects when requested

Skills/Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
