Junior Administrator / Receptionist
Leading company are seeking to hire a Front of office receptionist to meet and greet visitors and manage telephone calls as well as office administrative support to the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reception area and for all relevant administration duties such as managing the meeting rooms schedule, manage stationary orders and process deliveries and other general adhoc administration duties.
You will also be responsible for compiling reports and offering admin support to senior managers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly efficient and self-motivated. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including excel.
