The role will work as part of a larger HR team, this role will be responsible for administering the rewards and benefits for all employees. The successful person will have excellent interpersonal skills and will get the opportunity to coach senior members of staff on C&B topics such as cost planning and control. This person will be accountable for ensuring that the organisation is competitive in the market in terms of salaries and benefits, create management reports to communicate this analysis.
Applicants required 2-4 years Compensations and Benefits experience ideally. They should have strong excel and reporting skills along with superior communications skills. The successful person will be able to demonstrate energy and drive along with a track record in developing a solid Comp and Bens strategy for a large company.
