Head of Business Operations

This senior role is a critical hire for this Investment Company.  The successful hire will have responsiblity for leading and directing all non-investment activities 

  • Design & Delivery of integrated and high quality data infrastructures
  • Budgets and costs, accounting & valuations
  • Management of delivery of two major in-progress systems initiatives, operational oversight & specification 
  • Lead & inspire your team to deliver goals & objectives and facilitate each individual developing to their full potential 
  • Develop a strategy and drive delivery for the company's rigorous, consistent & scalable investment activities to world class standards

Key skills & expertise required

  • 12 - 15 years senior experience leading business activities across a number of areas e.g. finance, technology & operations
  • Financial Control experience particularly relating to budgeting & cost management
  • Experience of leading the design & delivery of enterprise wide process, systems & data improvements & automation initiatives
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as accounting, technology or business management
  • Substantial data management capabilities 
  • Managed operational activities delivering high quality outputs and process improvements
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Proven team leadership and coaching achievements
