Banking Solicitor | Dublin | Mid-Tier Firm | 65K+

With ambitious plans for growth in the coming years, our client has recently made some strategic hires and they are now seeking to add to their well renowned Banking & Finance team.

An excellent environment to develop and expand your Banking/FS Law experience you will gain exposure to LMA transactions, Corporate lending, Cross-border financing & acquisition/leverage financing.

Role and organisation:

Typical job responsibilities:

  • LMA transactions;
  • Corporate lending
  • Acquisition/leverage financing; and
  • Cross-border financing.

The Candidate:

  • Ideally, you are at least 1 Year PQE Solicitor in RoI, NI or Eng & Wales.
  • NQ’s applications will also be considered if you have recently completed a rotation in Banking.
  • Banking Law experience.
