German Product Executive- Dublin

Job description

Based in Central Dublin, up to 35k, growing company, excellent benefits, must be C1 German or above. Opportunity to progress with great Customer Service skills.

Fluency in German- Speaking, reading writing.Have some previous Customer Service experience, which can also include retail and hospitality. Be a problem solver with strong critical skills.

In this role:

Providing technical solutions via phone, email and live chat in German.

Developing and maintaining excellent Customer relations.

Influence how to support users and improve it to gain the experience for Customers.
