HR Manager, Industrial, Dublin North – JWHR110
Sigmar HR are delighted to bring a new and exclusive HR opportunity to the market. Based in Dublin North, this is a new position to the company and has come about due to future growth plans. This is a progressive organisation who currently has a strong global presence and will be growing into new markets in the coming months.
The role is a HR Manager. With existing processes in place, this person will be accountable ensuring they are as efficient and effective as possible while implementing new strategies as required. This person will also work in an advisory role to senior management and stakeholders throughout the business.
Applicants for this role require 8 years HR experience with a minimum of a HR related degree and ideally be a member of CIPD. EU languages and multi-jurisdictional experience are very beneficial.
The successful person will be able to demonstrate energy and drive along with a track record in developing a HR strategy for a large company within the industrial, manufacturing, engineering or a highly regulated organisation. Great opportunity for someone ready to take a step up in their career and make their mark in a new role.
Travel will be a key aspect of this role and will be upwards of 40% within the EU and US in the first 6 months and will reduce after that.
