Are you a strong multitasker with an eye for detail and have at least 2 years’ experience supporting a busy office?

Our client is expanding and currently seeking an office administrator to join their busy team in Dublin. This is a permanent position and we are looking for creative individual with strong communication skills and strong data management and analysis skills.

We are looking for candidates with ideally 2-3 years’ experience working in an office administration role.

• Run reports on large clients
• Supporting senior members of staff with all administration
• Liaising with suppliers
• Handling incoming calls and correspondence
• Ad hoc projects/tasks

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment
• Advanced IT skills (interest in digital media is desirable but not essential)
• Microsoft Office Proficient
• Excellent Communication Skills
