Senior Quality Engineer – Complaints

Who

A leading medical device company with around 3500 employees in their Galway site who are dedicated to innovation that helps their patients. What

Act as senior leadership for the complaints team in executing insightful analysis of complaints and driving commitment to the internal quality policy and global regulations. You will provide guidance for the investigations of complaints and ensure the team is fully trained in relevant regulations (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations etc). Provide consistent and solid assistance to improving QA for DA, R&D and other quality departments through trend analysis and compliant analysis. Deal with suppliers and customers to resolve issues if needed.

Must have a level 8 degree with 5 years or more relevant work experience in Quality Engineering, Post Market Surveillance or Complaint handling in a medical device or similarly highly regulated environment.
