My client, a giant among Irish brands is seeking a Talent Resourcing Manager to join the brand at a pivotal point of growth. Based in an iconic city centre location, this role will suit a Senior Recruitment professional whose strengths lie in recruitment strategy. Very competitive package on offer.
- Working closely with HR and senior stakeholder to develop recruitment strategy
- Creation of policies and procedures to benefit the recruitment process
- Revamping recruitment processes
- Heading forecasting
- Succession planning
- Analysis of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Advise on systems and process improvements
- 5+ years recruitment experience at senior level
- Polished communication skills
- Strong leadership skills are crucial
- BA degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
