Quality Technician - Complaints

Job description


A leading medical device company with around 3500 employees in their Galway site who are dedicated to innovation that helps their patients. They pride themselves on innovation, high performance and diversity. Their 6 production units offer plenty of choice and opportunities in developing your career.



They are looking for a talented technician with a level 7 degree and 2 years or more experience in medical devices to help with investigations stemming from customer complaints.


This person will have the following responsibilities:

  • Complete analysis on returned products and update the Global Complaints System with your findings.
  • Complete decontamination of returned product.
  • Support the quality engineering team in the investigations.
  • Work cross functionally with R&D and Design Assurance through your findings.
