Job description

-Develop and implement procedures for creation, distribution, governance and management of various portfolio and project related reporting to support senior leadership decision making
-Support and facilitate the communication strategy, drive the effective dissemination of portfolio and project information to both internal and global  stakeholders, including:
-The development of colleague and stakeholder insights and supporting artefacts to enable successful, effective prioritisation and decision making during the enterprise delivery lifecycle
-The development of consolidated views of the company portfolio, resources, project objectives, progress and business impact of deliverables
-The development of resource models to enable advanced resource forecasting to effect appropriate demand and skills management required to support Centre deliverables
-Standardise and productionise reporting procedures to ensure all insights and supporting documents are consistent and completely accurately within the required timeframes
-Consult and collaborate with stakeholders and portfolio project teams to determine reporting requirements, performance metrics (KPIs) and gather data required for reporting purposes -often through portfolio and task management systems
-Prepare and maintain a comprehensive reporting calendar covering all internal and external communications, including the development of a run book of all content produced so that materials can be re-used in an efficient and effective manner
-Drive and implement knowledge management practices throughout the Centre, maintaining data files, archives, and document libraries as well as version control, updates and approvals of key artefacts, ensuring a strong Audit trail of presentation artefacts are maintained and accessible to the relevant stakeholders
About you:

-Third level degree in technical or business-related discipline
-Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
-Proven development and delivery of innovative reporting and analytics solutions to derive commercial insights and support effective management decision making
-Programme and project management experience, with qualifications for standard frameworks such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince, Agile is an advantage
-Fully fluent in core analytics tools e.g. Excel, Google Analytics
-Experience with Jira, Clarizen, Alteryx, Tableau or associated technologies is an advantage
