Recruitment Partner – Permanent

My client, a city centre software company is seeking a Recruitment Partner for a permanent role, joining a team of 2. Experience in tech recruiting is essential with a minimum of 2 years required. Excellent salary and benefits package on offer.
- End-to-end recruitment management
- Partnering with senior management
- Linking in HR Team and senior stakeholders
- Attending meetings with hiring managers
- Suggesting improvements where needed
- Creation of policies and procedures to benefit the recruitment process
- 2 years + IT recruitment experience
- Strong track record in sourcing for roles with an element of technical requirements
- Polished and excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills are crucial
- In-house experience beneficial
- BA degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment
